Alcohol is widely available to over 18s and very popular. It helps make people feel relaxed and sociable and consumed in moderation can be part of a healthy lifestyle. However, drinking too much will impair your judgment, coordination and affect your behaviour. Drinking too much alcohol on a regular basis is addictive and can lead to very serious long-term health problems.
