Connexions Berkshire is part of the Connexions Thames Valley group of companies and strives to deliver excellent services for young people.  We are continually looking at how we improve our services and the process of applying for awards and accreditations is often a good way of doing this.  It also provides recognition for our hard-working staff.

Matrix which is a standard which looks at the quality of the information, advice and guidance we provide to young people.

7th Best Place to Work in the Public and Third Sectors in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Companies Awards 2011. 

We have also recently been shortlisted for the Charity Times Awards 2010 (Best Charity to Work For) and finished third in the Thames Valley Business Awards 2009 (Best Company to Work For).

We are also currently working towards the Investors in Diversity Award which is designed to develop an open and inclusive culture and a more diverse workforce.
