Ensuring that all young people are provided with the best chances to progress successfully through learning opportunities and into work
To achieve this we will work, creatively and flexibly, through our local management committees, with our partner organisations and in support of our staff to:
Engage with young people in a variety of ways and locations
Demonstrate that we care about the needs of all young people, care about their ideas about the ways in which their needs should be met and care about how well they think we are doing
Challenge bureaucracy and complacency and champion simplicity and accessibility
Integrate, around our young clients and their families, the services we provide through individual members of staff
Invest our resources wisely and according to need
