Our Personal Advisors (PA's) work with young people aged 13 – 19 years and up to 25 with special needs. We go into schools and colleges to provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on career choices and support with a wide range of other issues. We also see young people in our centre who have left school and may need help finding work, training or returning to education.

In Reading young people have access to specialist Personal Advisors who work with Young Parents, Reading Youth Offending Service, Care Leavers, and young people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups.  We work closely with a team of Intensive Personal Advisors employed by Reading Borough Council, who can give more time to those needing more intensive support.
